We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, with several shopping malls nearby, making it easy for us to indulge in some retail therapy. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, including a mini-bar and a sitting area. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. We especially loved the rooftop bar, where we enjoyed amazing views and delicious drinks at affordable prices. The breakfast was also great, with a variety of options and live cooking stations. we had a wonderful experience here.
We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

During our stay, we found the hotel to be conveniently located near main attractions and just a 15-minute ride away from the airport. We also enjoyed being close to some lovely restaurants where we could try local cuisine. there were great cafes in Phu Nhuan that provided a nice place to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee.
The air conditioning in the room was a little noisy and there was a lightly moldy smell.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were helpful and kind. They were compassionate to my misfortune during my first two days in Vietnam and even offered me a late checkout due to my late flight. They also gave me great recommendations for the location and suggestions on how I could better spend the rest of my stay. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. I didn't miss anything and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast offered a wide selection of delicious food, and I appreciated that everything was kept hot properly. The hotel is located within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions and there are plenty of great restaurants, bars, and coffee shops nearby.

The room was clean, comfortable, and had good amenities. The staff were friendly and attentive. Good location for shopping and local food options nearby. The rooftop bar offered a nice view and drink promotions. The breakfast had a variety of options for all tastes.

We had a wonderful stay at Novotel and were treated well. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean, and the service was friendly. We enjoyed the proximity to various dining and shopping options as well as the beautiful park lands. The short taxi ride to the zoo was also a bonus. I highly recommend this hotel.
